Pastor Rosario Vargas has been an ordained minister of the MCC since 2002.  He has been involved with MCC since becoming a member of MCC Ventura in California in 1992.  Rev. Rosario was called by Elder Nancy Wilson in 1996 to pastor the Latino Ministry at MCC City of Angels, a position held for six years. He attended Claremont School of Theology (Claremont, CA) receiving a Doctor in Ministry degree in 2002.  After working in Puerto Rico for a couple of years Rev. Dr. Rosario was called to be the interim pastor at Church of Our Savior MCC (Boynton Beach, FL) until August 2005 and remained in Boca Raton while circuit preaching throughout Florida as well as working with Elder Darlene Garner in the missions in Latin America.

Dr. Francie has served with our Gender Ministry since 2003.  She has been a speaker on gender health issues at local and national professional conferences.  Dr. Francie facilitates our monthly transgender support group meetings and is our liaison with several community organizations.

Donna Collins brings years of experience in building and grounds maintenance.

Maria Finley has served in our Media Ministry since 1994.

Lo Lopez has served as MCC Sacramento treasurer since 2004.

Laura Saldivar is an experienced church administrator and fundraiser.
